Who is responsible for your data

SlidesVamp, LLC (131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713) sells PimaScroll in the United States and is responsible for what you give on this website. Red Alder Property Ltd makes and runs the PimaScroll app and is responsible for your data in the app.

What we collect on this website

When you join the waitlist: your name and email address, and which emails we've sent you. If you buy: confirmation of your payment. Stripe takes your card details on its own secure page; we never see your card number. If you claim a friend's gift: your name and email, and whose gift it was.

Visits to this website

We count visits to improve this page: Which page you opened, the link or ad that brought you here, your country and city (from your internet connection), and whether you use a phone or computer. We set small cookies: pv, a random visitor number kept for one year, and pick, which remembers if you chose the US or Kenya page with the link at the bottom of the page. This stays in our own database on Cloudflare.

Why

To email you about PimaScroll (a welcome email, a few emails about the founding-member offer, and your download link on launch day), confirm your purchase and send your receipt, turn on your lifetime access or free year in the app, and send refunds.

Our emails

Every email we send about PimaScroll has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all of them, including the launch-day link. You can also reply to any email and ask us to stop.

Who we share it with

Stripe, to process your payment; SDP Email, to send our emails; Cloudflare, which hosts our website and database.

Advertising with Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

This website uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API so we can see which of our ads bring people to PimaScroll. When you visit or pay, Meta receives that event, the page address, your browser details and IP address, and Meta's own cookies. When you join the waitlist or pay, we also send your email address in a scrambled (hashed) form that cannot be read back, plus the amount paid. Meta uses this under its own privacy policy. You can limit ads based on this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or by blocking third-party cookies.

The PimaScroll app

What the app collects, and how to delete your account, is explained in the app section of our privacy policy. The app never sees which apps or websites you use, and sends nothing to Meta.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email support@pimascroll.com. We don't sell or share your personal information for money, and we keep payment records only as long as tax law requires.
