How it works

Use PimaScroll for up to 30 days after launch day. If you don't like it, ask for a refund within those 30 days. You get back everything you paid. No questions asked.

How to ask

Email support@pimascroll.com from the email address you paid with, or tell us that address.

When you get it

SlidesVamp, LLC refunds the card you paid with within 7 days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Lifetime access ends when the refund is made, and your friend's gift code stops working if they haven't claimed it yet.

App Store and Google Play purchases

Plans and token packs bought in the app are paid to Apple or Google, so they handle those refunds.

Tokens

Extra screen time inside the app is paid with tokens. Tokens have no cash value and can't be refunded or exchanged for money.
