Your lifetime payment is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

How it works

Use PimaScroll for up to 30 days after launch day. If you don't like it, ask for a refund within those 30 days. You get back everything you paid. No questions asked.

How to ask

Email support@pimascroll.com or reply to any of our SMS messages with the word REFUND and the M-Pesa number you paid from.

When you get it

Red Alder Property Ltd sends refunds to the same M-Pesa number within 7 days of your request.

App Store purchases

Plans and token packs bought in the iPhone app are paid to Apple, so Apple handles their refunds: Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a token pack, those tokens are taken back.

Tokens

Extra screen time inside the app is paid with tokens. Tokens have no cash value and can't be refunded or exchanged for money.
